Qiutian is very outgoing, an extrovert and a social butterfly. She has no problem walking up to anyone and asking them about themselves, or just striking up a random conversation. She loves to dance, whether it be silly, formal, casual, or otherwise, and will do so in a heartbeat, even if not asked.On the other end of the spectrum, she has a short fused temper, and does not handle stress well, often breaking down into tears if pressure becomes too much.

Backstory:

Qiutian Shuye was born to the Dhoro tribe, elusive Xaela that kept to themselves. Her mother and father were both adept hunters, able to fend for themselves and their young daughter, despite the harsh enviroment of the Steppe. Unfortunately for the young Qiutian, her father was killed in a violent scuffle just before the Nadam, and her mother took her into hiding shortly after, keeping the child isolated from others for nearly six years. When Qiutian hit adolescence, she began to venture out, seeking out the world and all around it, discovering a special connection with the elements around her, and a penchant for healing which she immediately shared in excitement with her mother. Fearing her daughter would be stolen from her and used to participate in future Nadams and possibly meet her end as her father, Qiutian's mother forbid her ever make mention of her talents, and took even greater strides to attempt to isolate the young counjourer. However, disease struck the land they called home and stole away her mother's life as well, leaving Qiutian without any sort of family to turn to, and little knowledge of how to converse with others, having been isolated for so long.Qiutian wandered for a few years, hearing tales of strong adventurers and terrifying stories of a great disaster in a faraway land secondhand from travellers coming across the Ruby Sea, and, taking on duties as a scullery maid, boarded a small vessel across to Kugane, where she met a travelling hyur who offered to take her to Gridania, a land she'd never heard of, when he witnessed her practicing some basic healing that she'd neither received the training for, nor had any real understanding of.Gridania was the beginning of a new start for Qiutian, and she took on a new surname upon entering the Conjurers' Guild, dreaming of adventure and travelling the world.Her dreams would soon see fruition, as she began training in the sacred arts of White magic, she was conscripted to follow a band of adventurers fighting in Ala Mhigo.Currently, Qiutian resides with her Free Company, Somer, and is in a happy relationship with a Miqo'te man by the name of Nocturne Ravensoul.

Suzuka was born to a Son of the Malaguld tribe and a woman of who's origins she was unaware of until well into her adult years. The eldest of three, and the only female, Suzuka grew up craving knowledge, and had a talent for caregiving and healing. The Malaguld tribe consistently parleyed with the Raen, so even as a young child, she was familiar with the customs of others, and often took some on as her own, learning much of healing arts and botanical concoctions that she used to assist those that were exiled or near death as one of the few skilled healers in her tribe.Suzuka spent much of her adolescent years providing aid and succor to those who came to her village, and trained in basic combat and defense alongside her brothers, but often dreamed of traveling and seeing new places, learning more about the world around her, and ultimately being able to reach new heights as a healer.Suzuka met adulthood head on, meeting her husband and mate, a male Raen and bearing their first child one year before Eorzea's seventh Umbral Calamity. It was upon the news of said Calamity that Suzuka and her husband left their child in the care of her mother and father, travelling to Eorzea to train and assist with the restoration. The two travelled to the Black Shroud, and then oft to La Noscea, in search of knowledge and aiding all those they could as word spread of deeds sounding impossible, yet corroborated by many around them.Suzuka began learning the secretive arts of the Scholar after traveling to Limsa Lominsa, where her healing prowess earned her notice by the Scion's of the Seventh Dawn. Suzuka and her husband both joined as initiates, going as far as assisting in the defeats of Titan and Leviathan, as possessors of the Echo.Suzuka became very close with one of the Warrior's of Light, Crysanthemum, who it turned out was her cousin on her mother's side, and as fate would have it, when the Crystal Exarch unknowingly pulled at the souls of the Scion's most closely associated with her cousin, Suzuka too was seperated from her body and drawn to the First, where she assisted in the defeat of the Lightwardens and subsequent affairs.Currently she holds residence in Kugane, however she spends most of her time travelling with either her cousin or her husband. She is married and has one child.

Qiutian and Nocturne began their adventure together upon meeting at the beginning of their adventuring journeys, she, a careful conjourer, and he, a skilled archer, meeting under the boughs of strong trees and whispering wind. Upon their first meeting, it was evident that they were meant to meet, a spark seeming to catch between their eyes, and following the will of the spirits and trusting fate itself, they journeyed forth, challenging themselves, each other, and everything around them as they grew closer and closer, until the obvious could no longer be denied. Though still young and having much to learn about the world around them and each other, they take each day's challenges in stride, and cause mischief and happiness wherever they go.

BACKSTORY:
Ansuriumu was born to two Raen that lived on the Azim Steppe, with a tribe of Xaela who were more tolerant of outsiders. As the eldest, Ansuriumu was raised with higher expectations than her younger sister, something she never quite failed to live up to. It was obvious from a very young age that she had an inherent talent for black magic, and was trained to hone it from an early age, something she was all too willing to do. Her reputation grew as a talented magus and her reknown was well known amongst the Xaela despite her being a Raen, and she was nicknamed "Deadly Cherry-Blossom".When Ansuriumu decided to travel to Eorzea and dabble in the training of Thaumaturgy in the famed city Ul'dah, Tsutsuji begged to accompany her, eager to learn of the world herself and perhaps even learn new skills to improve her Axe-work. Ansuriumu agreed reluctantly, and commissioned a shipwright to take her and her sister from the Steppe to Kugane for supplies, then to Eorzea.The two boarded a vessel in Kugane bound for Eorzea, but misfortune hit two-fold; At the first, a Garlean vessel pulled alongside their own, demanding tithing and threatening to pull several of the passengers to serve in the Garlean army. However just as the tensions rose to insurmountable heights, and the two sister's prepared to fight for their own freedom, a rogue hurricane swept through the sea, obliterating both vessels and sending the two sisters afloat in different directions, in the great wide expanse.Unfortunately for Ansu, while her sister was picked up by passing privateers headed for Limsa, she was found by a slave trade ship, and despite suffering hypothermia and being close to death, her new captors were no better than the Garleans would have been. And it only got worse after they made land in Thanalan.(Trigger Warning, Sexual Assault, Rape, Slavery, Torture, Overall just no good stuff follow)Immediately Ansu was stripped of what little she had, clothing, jewelry, her stave, and sent to an auction-house where she was immediately purchased by a wealthy Okiya owner, who was enraptured by her natural beauty and physique.
Unfortunately, Ansuriumu was not one to allow others to touch her or attempt to get familiar without her permission, and she was often beaten into unconciousness each time she burned patrons attempting to get handsy with her. Eventually, the Okia owner became tired of her antics, and purchased a Garlean collar designed to inhibit magical ability, a prototype, but something effective nevertheless.
This caused Ansu to become sick and weak, unable to channel her magic. Advantage was taken of her more often than not in her weakened state, and she was raped and sexually assaulted for many moons before the buildup of magic that had been prevented her from using, short circuited the device on her neck and allowed her to essentially bomb the Okiya, escaping into the city and garnering passage to Ul'dah.Upon arriving in the illustrious city, she immediately found herself in the presence of a Yakuza like group running the back streets of Ul'dah, and gained favor with them quickly with her ruthless, cold attitude.
Rising through the ranks, she eventually became a formidable leader of the Eastern gangs of Ul'dah, and currently uses her magical skill to punish those who cross her organization, as well as those that took away her choices as a young woman.

Backstory:

Odtsetseg was born to a Kagon woman taken in by a sect of the Haragin tribe when she unknowingly remained outside when the sun had risen, resulting in "Azim corruption" and subsequent banishment from the tribe. At first, the Kagon practices were all her mother knew, and her father tried hard to assist her in acclimating to their lifestyle, often telling her stories of their ancestors and the steel-monsters that fueled the Xaela tribe's desire for deeper and darker magical arts.It took years but Odtsetseg was conceived and born on the coast at the highest point of the moon's rise on the thirteenth night of the Fifth Umbral Moon. Immediately her mother was struck by the moonlit skin of her child and the strangely dark quality of her aether, and praised N'haama, believing it to be her forgiveness made form.Odtsetseg was sheltered much as a child, being sickly from the start despite her "blessing", and her mother doted on her constantly, impressing upon her the same culture that she was brought upon, and insisting the child remain indoors during the day, and able to roam as she liked at night. Odtsetseg did just this, wandering the moonlit coast and feeling a kinship with the sky of the night and it's blanket of stars.But such things are not wont to last, and an attack by Jhungid ripped from her all semblance of peace she would ever have. Odtsetseg's father fought the Jhungid tribe off to allow most of the Haragin members to attempt an escape, but was killed in the process, a spear through the neck and body peppered with arrows. Her mother had to pick her up and carry her away from the corpse as they were chased into the surrounding forests, where the remaining members were captured and sent to Jhungid tribal lands to be assimilated into their tribe. Odtsetseg was witness to many atrocities for many years then on, from the rape and abuse of not only her mother, but all of the adolescent and older Xaela women brought in. Many Jhungin males leered at her and made comment that as soon as she experienced her first blood, she would be inducted into the Jhungin tribe officially and mated to one of the males in an attempt to create more children to raise for invasion.Odtsetseg's mother's rage could not be quelled, and during the night when most of the tribe slept, she pulled her daughter aside in the yurt that housed the captives and passed on to her all of the knowledge of black magic and voodoo that she possessed, night after night, until her teaching was exhausted and there was nothing left for her to pass down. Once this met completion, her mother attempted an escape, and was slaughtered in front of Odtsetseg to attempt to dissuade her from attempting the same.This broke something inside the girl, and her black magic, innate and trained, came forth and strangled the life from several of the Jhungin tribe. She was subdued and tortured viciously for several days, blacking out for most of it. The Jhungin believed she would be a good weapon if broken correctly, but irreperable damage had already been done. She was unable and unwilling to perform any types of magic for them, and it resulted in more abuse until finally, she began collecting various things, hair, nails, shedded scales, and utilized her mother's voodoo to assist an escape, taking as many of the Haragin captives as were willing and able.Odtsetseg spent many of her following years in solitude, travelling only by moonlight and abhorring the company of others, until she came across a Viera that was as versed, if not more in the magic that her mother had taught her...
